This is a non-drive wheel designed to be installed with two bearings and turn independently, unlike a motor drive wheel such as the one found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2750829. The diameter of this wheel is 3.25 inches. It is intended for use with a rubber band similar to the one available from Uline at https://www.uline.com/Product/Detail/S-14724/Rubber-Bands/105-Rubber-Bands-5-x-5-8, which provides traction. Other materials may be used in place of the rubber band if desired.
