Robot Wheel - compliant idler
thingiverse
A Lego-based robot wheel features a compliant hub for added suspension, enabling balance on its main drive wheels while maintaining level fore and aft positioning. The wheel's springiness is adjustable by altering the number of spokes and their wrapping distance between the hub and rim. It replaced three similar parts (http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=41531) and should be printed standing up on one end, with smooth sanding for effortless sideways sliding during turns. Print at 0.2mm layer height, though shells and infill may vary.
