Robot wheel A2
thingiverse
This industrial design features an affordable robot wheel, perfect for small bots. I created it for my balancing robot, as factory wheels were costly. The outer diameter is 65mm and the shaft, 4mm (5mm is also viable). It boasts a 3mm wall thickness, with space to add encoder patterns on the back. To assemble, drill a 4mm or optional 5mm hole (printers may create smaller holes). Place an M3 nut in the square slot and screw in an M3-10 bolt. For a tire, use a gum piece, like a 20mm wide bicycle inner tube. Check out this assembling guide: http://youtu.be/joJXfW-BkHc.
