Robot Trooper
thingiverse
We're excited to share our collaborative design project with you, a static robot toy model created by my 9-year-old nephew and me. He's dubbed them A-124 (Tiny Robot Trooper) and B-124 (Big Robot Trooper). We started from scratch, using pencil and paper as our canvas. To ensure a cohesive design, we tackled each component - head, body, arm, and locomotion - one at a time. After carefully considering each style, we voted on the final drawing. My nephew took an active role in the process, offering insightful advice as I brought his sketch to life in Fusion 360. Throughout our paper-to-model design journey, we discussed key factors like printability, balance, proportions, upgradability, and timeline. It's truly inspiring to witness the creative potential of kids! We're thrilled to share the outcome of his hard work with you. As I look forward to incorporating his upgrade notes into our next project, I'm eager to bring the X-124 Release to life.
