This linear actuator features a maximum load capacity of 1000kg and an effective stroke of at least 3500mm. It has a maximum speed of 1000mm/s, with a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.1mm and a positioning accuracy of ±0.2mm. The actual load it can handle is 350kg. The actuator utilizes a rack and pinion transmission mode and has overall dimensions not exceeding 5000x600mm, with a fixing plate designed for the ABB2600 robot located 400mm above the ground. It also comes with M16 embedded bolt fixing holes for base attachment. The actuator includes a drag chain and slot, which is compatible with IRB2600 flexible cable and can be easily detached while being fully sealed. Powering this system is an ECMA-E11820SS 2000W servo motor.
