Robot Tank Base

Here's a base design for robotics projects on a budget, featuring a cost-effective approach by eliminating bearings altogether. The tracks are constructed using Brad nails for assembly efficiency. Aluminum round stock from Home Depot is utilized to fabricate the axles, specifically 1/4" in diameter. In the coming days, I'll compile a list of the remaining screws needed for completion. For further insight into this project, please refer to the video at youtu.be/FrggtWnwNds. Update: The design has been enhanced with a modified side panel that directly mounts the motor using a Pololu Hex wheel adapter. Additionally, a custom-made sprocket was integrated to work seamlessly with the Hex wheel adapter.
