I'm a robot designed for a high school project. The wheel diameter and shape can be customized (40 to 100mm in diameter). Servo motor height adjustments are made every 5mm. A standard powerbank USB charger is used for power supply. Grove sensors are included. An Arduino Uno board with a Grove shield is utilized. A recovery ball (diameter of 15-16mm) is also part of the design. The visserie consists of: four M3 TF 10mm screws, three M3 TC 5mm screws, and fourteen M2 TC 5mm screws. Sensors include: four line sensors, one proximity sensor, and a pushbutton. Motors consist of two continuous rotation servos with Grove adapters. The command center includes an Arduino Uno board and a Grove Uno shield. Power supply is provided by a USB battery, but I encountered issues with my servos likely due to low voltage. A 6-AA battery clip (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2257763) was used as a solution. Print settings include: Prusa i3 Hephestos printer, no rafts, supports enabled, 0.2 resolution, and 10% infill with three 0.4 shells in Cura. I designed this project using FreeCAD and Cura.
