Robot Pepega
grabcad
I'm designing simple robots with basic features that are inexpensive and can be made by 3D printers. Pepega primarily serves to understand and teach basic programming in ROS: http://www.ros.org/Description:Two DC motors with an optical position encoder are providing the drive. The L298N Driver Engine is in the first level. In front there is a bar with five infrared scanners for black line tracking. At the back is the power supply (6xAA rechargeable batteries). The next level is the Arduino UNO control panel. On both sides there are mudguards that have mounting holes for a total of 4pcs of 5mm LEDs. There is another sensor on the front: a rotating ultrasonic rangefinder that searches for obstacles. At the last third level there is a place for the Raspberry Pi 3 microcomputer which ROS will run.The robot is designed for making on a basic 3D printer, such as FDM. The print area must be at least 10x10cm. The optimal diameter of the hotend is 0.4 mm, the layer thickness is 0.1 to 0.2 mm. There is no need to generate support. The material may be ABS or PLA.The entire construction is screwed. It is possible for this robot to create additional sensor modules, such as connecting a camera.Purchased components: Drive: 2x TT DC motor L298N motor driver 9g servo Computer boards: Arduino UNO Raspberry pi 3B+ Sensors: BFD-1000 HC-SR04Printed parts: - bateryholder01.stl - bateryholder02.stl - blatnik.stl - blatnik_MIR.stl - body.stl - body2.stl - body3.stl - box01.stl - box02.stl - kluzak.stl - 2x odecitani polohy kola 12 direk.stl - predni naraznik.stl - uchytsenzoru.stl - uchytsenzoru_MIR.stl The robot function is given: Using simple sensors will explore the environment and create a map. You can take over this program to create a robot such as a Robotic Vacuum Cleaner or a Robotic Lawnmower. In the future, I would like to create home-made robots with artificial intelligence to help everyone and get all the boring and annoying work. We use mainly 3D printers to manufacture them.I am currently studying mechanical engineeing at the Technical University of Liberec in Czech RepublicI used these 3D models:Battery HolderHC-SR04 - Ultrasonic SensorMotor Drive Controller9G Servo MotorRaspberry PI 3 B+Arduino Uno r3 (+ Shield in description)Moto Reductor - Rueda
