This is original style mower cover parts set for Brucke robotic mower. Please respect the licence and do not try to make money with my work. Licence violations will be sued after, if i see someone making money with this. These parts are meant to work with 16mm aluminum pipe. Cannot remember the lengths, you need to figure it out yourself. Edit: For vertical pipes the length is around 19 to 19,5cm and for horizontal pipes the length is 54cm. You will also need 8pcs of M4 brass thread inserts for threads: https://www.3djake.fi/3djake/kierreosat-50-kpl And 8 M4 countersunk screws, length 20mm. You will also need 2 self tapping screws to bolt the cover to the dock from underneath the dock. There is a small design flaw in the oval plastic parts that are used to bolt the cover to the dock. I dont have time to fix it, so once you print all the parts, you need to saw, grind or whatever to make 4 small slots to those parts so they will fit to the docks lower plate correctly. I might fix it later, but now it is what it is. You can attach the 16mm pipe to the plastic parts with epoxy, or just plug them in. 40% infill is okay with PETG. For plexiglass, use 3 to 4mm thickness. For the shape, copy the docks lower plate shape to plexiglass and add 5 or 10cm:s on the back. Enjoy and please post a make!
