The ceramic design I once saw inspired this creation. It utilizes syvwlch's trapezoidal thread library (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:8793). This model is large, with the holder consisting of four pieces (#4 requires support) that need to be glued together and possibly adjusted for a perfect fit. The axle, printed in three parts and glued, secures with two #8 screws to a surface. Insert paper, attach the axle, and thread the nut for completion.
