The robot gripper is incredibly accurate; it can be motor-controlled for precise handling. It has been tested on a Makerbot Replicator 2 and works excellently with just 5% infill, two shells, and a layer height of 0.3 mm. Adjustments to the extruder and cooling fan, along with a precisely leveled print platform using six digital sensors, ensure smooth prints. Instructions will be provided post-testing, showcasing perfect prints so seamless that print lines are barely visible to the naked eye.
