To print without supports, simply print the top and bottom models separately. When printing the top model, I applied a brim to enhance build plate adhesion due to its low surface area on the hands. This approach proved effective in achieving a strong bond between the model and the print bed. If you prefer to use supports, you can print the full model instead. Although I haven't thoroughly tested the full model, it's likely to yield satisfactory results.
