Robot Bookmark
thingiverse
Here is a bookmark I designed and printed for a friend not too long ago. I originally customized this with their name on it, but I have uploaded a blank and a "name" example on here for the Student Design Challenge. This bookmark is useful for keeping track of which page you left off on a book, and is in the form of a robot, which could interest anyone who likes Robotics, particularly FIRST. It's a simple design, and it should be thick enough to work properly. When I designed this, I had to make sure some of the details were large enough to print properly, because my printer had issues on some of the details of my prototypes. I also had to make sure it was thick enough to function properly. If I could redesign this, I might make more use of the space in between, like adding a ruler or a guide of some sort. 3D printing could make it possible for this bookmark to be custom-tailored to anyone, like embossing their name.
With this file you will be able to print Robot Bookmark with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Robot Bookmark.
