Remix with some improvements on Robot Arm MK2 Plus. Added endstops for auto-home on start-up functionality. Stepper gear upgrade implemented for enhanced design. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KWlp6t5YVgw Stepper Gears Bill of Materials and Instructions ------------------------------------------------ - 3 x M3 screws, 5mm length Upgrade stepper gears by replacing existing ones with new ones and secure with M3 screws. Endstop Mounting Bill of Materials and Instructions ------------------------------------------------- - 3 x endstop switches, each with two long cables soldered to always-open pins - 2 x M2.5 screws, 8mm length - 1 x M3 screw, 8mm length - 2 x M3 screws, 10mm length - Super Glue (optional, for varm_endstop_v1) Step 1: Attach endstop switch to mainarm_endstop using an M2.5 screw. Step 2: Mount mainarm_endstop on mainarm_endstop_support and secure with an M3 screw. Step 3: Position mainarm_endstop_support vertically at the front of varm side of arm_base and mark holes for drilling. Step 4: Drill two M3 holes on arm_base. Step 5: Attach set from step 2 to arm_base using two M3 screws. Step 6: Mount endstop switch to varm_endstop and secure with an M2.5 screw. Step 7: Attach varm_endstop to rear stepper support, and mount stepper on top of it. Photos and video taken with varm_endstop_v1.
