Robot 4x4 Car with Arm Arduino Controlled v2.0
thingiverse
This robotic car boasts an arm controlled by Arduino, boasting significant improvements over its predecessor in terms of speed and force applied. Key upgrades include enhanced performance courtesy of increased layer thickness and optimized filling ratios. A combination of 0.3mm layer thickness, 1.5mm wall thickness, and 20% filling enables efficient printing processes. Support structures are only required for the rotational base of the arm to ensure stability during assembly. Secure fastening is achieved using M3 or 1/8'' bolts with washers and two nuts for the movable part of the arm. Electronic components include an Arduino UNO, L298N H-Bridge, and HC-06 Bluetooth module, facilitating seamless communication between components. Power is provided by two 18650 3.7V li-ion batteries, ensuring reliable operation. Motor selection consists of four dc motors and four sg-90 servos. The addition of an ultrasound distance sensor is optional, offering flexibility in system configuration.
