Kids robotics club logo "Robo Squad" features their homemade T-Shirt design transformed into a team medallion that everyone can share and wear. Unfortunately, this design cannot be downsized effectively without losing its intricate details, making 60mm the smallest size it will go before losing all the fine lines. Attached is the .stl file for printing a single gear as part of their logo. I also have separate files to pause the print job when the gear is completed and another to print "Robo Squad" in a different color on top. To mass-produce these medallions, I will be continuously printing 12 at a time for the next 24 hours to meet their competition needs.
