Robomow RM/RC/RS Cutting Disc

This is an upgrade blade disc designed specifically for the Robomow robotic lawn mowers. The **mower-disc-rm-series.stl** file is intended for use with the RM510 model, which originally comes equipped with a simple bent steel blade (200mm cutting diameter). This upgrade allows you to replace the original blade with a more modern design. The **mower-disc-rc-series.stl** file fits the RC series of Robomow models. These mowers feature a 280mm cutting diameter. Upgrading your mower with this disc converts it to use a replaceable blade system, offering improved performance and reduced maintenance costs. The new blade design has a 200mm cutting diameter. This upgrade is compatible with various Robomow models, including the RS612, RS622, RS630, RC304, RC306, and TC300 series. The blades used in this design are sourced from Bosch Indego mowers and can be purchased on eBay for around US$10 for nine blades. You can find these blades by searching for "Bosch Indego blades" on the website. I printed my upgrade disc using PLA, but ABS would likely provide better durability over time. To further enhance performance, consider adding vents or fan blades to improve airflow and help evacuate clippings from the mower.
