After creating a duplicate of my sister's robot (Julian CubeBot), I decided that he needed a companion. Man's best friend is also robot's best friend. Companion Robot http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1765408 Print Settings Printer: MP Select Mini Infill: 30 Notes: I would recommend printing the Body and Head with infill, while doing the other parts without it won't hurt anything to do them all with infill. Post-Printing Requirements 1/6" drill bit (preferably one with a hex shank) Elastic cord (1.2 mm) Needle with a large eye Step 1 Use the 1/6" drill bit and clean out the "tunnels" in preparation for the elastic cord, where that hex shank comes in handy. I didn't attach the drill bit to my drill; instead, I twisted it by hand into the pieces, and it worked perfectly. Step 2 Thread the Elastic cord through the "tunnels" of the robot. Tie a knot at one end, pull the elastic as tight as possible without breaking it, and tie another knot on the other end. There should be five pieces of elastic: four for the feet, legs, and into the body, and one through the head and into the body. Leave the cord that goes through the head and body long; this is now the dog's tail. Feeding the elastic through the "tunnels" was difficult. I found success by threading the elastic into a fat needle, pushing it through the piece, and pulling it with pliers.
