This thing was made using Tinkercad. Edit it online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/7DLwOygDmKk Version 3: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/7tqWrP5Albk-robocat-xiaomi-yi-holder-v3 A simple construction is created to put a Xiaomi Yi onto a RoboCat copter. You can place the thing on top of the copter. It has two small feet that go through the long holes on top, Only two small cable ties are needed to fix this on top. See the images for how to secure it on the top of the RobCat The cam is positioned at 20 degrees. So you won't see any part of the "cat" in the recorded video. A version 3 has been added. The former version 2 had a problem during a crash. The "feet" was a bit weak and broke away. This wasn't ideal, but searching for the cam somewhere in the muddy meadow is not fun at all. So I decided to make the bottom bar stronger. By the way: Fixing the cam with some additional "security" wire seems like a good idea. During a hard touch to ground you won't lose the cam far away from the robocat. Ground zero to the place where we found the cam is approximately 15m! Yes, it was a hard crash. Print Settings Printer: Overlord Pro Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 25% Notes: I printed with PLA and scaled it up to 101% before the print. Best print laying on the back.
