In the desolate wasteland of post-apocalyptic Washington D.C., a lone robot lumbers into view, its metal body battered and worn. This is Pincelley-6000, the "Robobrain," an instrument of war and surveillance that has been modified for unknown purposes. A fusion reactor, which was meant to be compact and lightweight, is instead attached to its cranium in a hastily made surgery.
