Simple stabilisation for the Z axis of the Robo3D printer. There are several similar parts available on Thinigverse, this one maintains the position of the rod and the threaded bolt. The threaded bolt is held in position by a standard bearing. Two dampeners hold everything in position. Additional parts: 2 x ABEC-5 bearings 4 x M4 x 10 screws Piece of electrical tape for threaded bolts Instructions Print z-axis top once, Stabiliser twice Pressfit bearing in z-axis top. Mount dampeners with M4 screws at the inner side of the printer (shown in the picture) Remove Robo3D top cover Wrap a layer of electrical tape around the top of threaded bolt Mount the z-axis top as shown in the picture Put the cover back on and move the dampeners to the housing Put a little pressure on the dampeners and fix them with the screws
