Robo3D warped bed fix (high center/low sides)
thingiverse
THIS FIX IS FOR THOSE WHO NEED IT.\nIf your bed is flat from front to back but you notice that the extruder tip drifts away as it passes center of the bed and lifts up toward the opposite end, then this fix was made for you. \nUsed old threaded rod left from the Z axis renovation.\nThe specified nuts and adjusting bolts are clearly visible in the attached picture. \nWhen tension is applied by the screw, it pushes the center of the bed down or pulls the sides up, successfully flattening it.\nYou might need to use two adjustments, so try one out on both ends to see if it fixes the problem completely.\nThe fix required only one adjustment at the front, but feel free to experiment with two. Good luck!\nIt appears that there's no such thing as a truly flat bed in Robo3D printers, or perhaps mine is just one of those quirky models - after all, this was my third attempt. The first was faulty, the second had significant warping issues, and now I have to resort to makeshift adjustments like these to get a decent print.\
