Robo3d Titan Extruder Mount

Human: Simple Mount for the E3D Titan Extruder on Robo3D R1+ Printer. \nIt's incredibly easy to access the extruder if there are any jams or issues with the E3d Titan; it's all accessible from the front.\nThis is a brand-new carriage and mount designed to let you use an E3D Titan along with an E3D V6 on your Robo 3D R1 Plus. The design was intended to minimize clutter, make it easy to access the tension settings and feed wheel. Clearance is tight, but the assembly is wider than stock; however, it shouldn't cause any loss of travel as designed.\nThere's an attachment point for a cable chain adapter to be mounted; all you need to do is open up the step file, and model whatever adapter you choose to fit the T-slots.\nYou have two options: either use the standard lm8uu bearing carriage or one with holes for bronze bushings. You also have the choice to print the upper mount that's designed for a wire loom (as pictured).\nAlso included is a slide-on duct for a 40mm x 10mm parts fan in the front and rear.\nTest print at different scaling percentages in your slicer; your goal should be a post-print size of 83mm center-to-center for the bearings. \nAlso included is a chain link mount for Ezra's chain (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1580776).\nParts Needed:\nM3 Nuts - x2\nM3 stud (screw head) 55mm long - x2\n25mm Nema 17 stepper - x1\nPrint Settings:\n0.1 or 0.2 layer height\nRafts: Up to you\nSupport: A MUST have; these are easy to print but do require supports for overhangs.
