Robo3D + Slide On Fan - 30 mm

Designed specifically for the Robo3D Plus. Possibly not compatible with older models, yet inexplicably not adaptable. I originally created fans that blasted air directly onto the extruder tip but they were excessively powerful, even a high-speed 30mm fan couldn't find a balance and resulted in cooling down too much causing printing issues to stop completely. This redesigned system blows cool air towards the sides of the extruder tip effectively solving this persistent problem. It's worth noting that the fans used for this modification actually came as part of a package deal with my Raspberry Pi enclosures. Additional details include zip tie mounting hoops that facilitate easy wire organization. Furthermore, there is a deliberately drilled hole above where the fan attaches allowing you to add a thumbscrew to securely fasten your duct and prevent unwanted movement. Originally intended to incorporate an additional feature to attach the switch but opted not to for reasons unknown yet potentially unnecessary due to widespread switch usage. Attached picture depicts Bridge Torture Test results while utilizing 30mm fan setup, specifically: Bridge Speed of 2 mm/s.
