Robo3d R1 Improved Wade Hinge
thingiverse
Used on Robo3D R1 3-D Printer, I added 3mm to beef up the Extruder Wade Hinge back side, because the original design broke too easily. I also increased spring fork thickness by 3mm to boost printing power and strength. Finally, I installed a filament guide to make the extruder more reliable by cutting down on filament jams. The plastic feed tube is extra, works great, but can be a bit tricky to swap out for new colors. Thanks! This DIY project was made with Tinkercad.
