Robo3D R1 Extruder Cable Umbilical Bracket
thingiverse
I know about your Robo3D R1, but securing the wiring harness to the extruder on ours was done rather hastily - a cable tie looped through a convenient spot with hopes it would be sufficient.\nWell, I figured we could improve this setup. Here's my take on a better way, the NEMA17 motor mount wiring harness arm. It's printed in ABS and bolted onto the machine.\nNow, you may need to get slightly longer M3 screws depending on your stepper motor model.\nThe arm provides an extra secure seat for the cable harness as well as more holes for cable ties that help keep stray wires from upgrades organized (I upgraded with an E3D v.5 hot end)\nPrint Settings\nRafts: Doesn't Matter\nResolution: 0.25mm\nInfill: 100%\nNotes: ABS Printing Parameters - Extruder 235C Bed 80C
