I Used These Mounts To Hold My Foam Enclosure In Place, And It Works Really Well. The Enclosure Is Easy To Make With Just Three Sheets Of Adama Foam Board From The Dollar Store, Cut Up With A Sharp Razor And Glued Together With Hot Glue. This Enclosure Is Based On A Similar Design By Mike Kelly, Whose Acrylic Enclosure Is Extremely Durable And Available As A Kit From Www.PrintedSolid.Com. The Case Clip Is Designed To Press Up Against The Robo3D Cover. It Should Fit In Place Nicely, And I Use A M3 X 16-20mm Bolt With A Thumb Nut As The Clamp. The Mount Hole Reinforcing Part Is Hot Glued On Top Of The Enclosure Halves. The Tang Fits Nicely Into The Notches Of The Foam, Preventing Wear From Repeated Use. Here Are Two Versions Of The Enclosure: One Has Flat Sides And One Has 'Tabs' To Interlock Together, Helping It Stay Square But Taking Longer To Cut. Anything Dashed Is Optional Cuts. The Openings On The Templates Are 6" X 8.375", So I Cut The Sheet To 9.5" And Then Split It In Half To Have (2) 7" X 9.5" Windows. A Quarter Turn Is All That's Necessary, And Will Not Crush The Foam. You May Want To Open Up The Top Hole So The Threads Don't Bind Then Tightening/Losening The Nut.
