For printing, it's best to print all parts without support, particularly the upper housing and anchor clip which should be printed completely solid. Care must be taken when inserting bearings into the bearing channels. Heatshield tape can be applied on the underside and inside the fan duct for reflecting LED light. The LED is a Neopixel from Adafruit and attached to the hotend fan with double-sided tape. Note that the X end-stop switch may need adjustment due to 40mm fan interference in tall prints, as well as possible Y end-stop switch adjustment if the extruder lands on the bed screw during homing.
