Robo3d deck hole cover
prusaprinters
Kept having to play Operation each time a small part or screw found its way down the right hand hole on the deck of my Robo3d. Finally grew tired of it and decided to design a simple cover that still let air circulate and kept room for wire management. It's my first full design done in Tinkercad. Fit perfect into my R1 without any tools or need for adhesive. Easily removed if needed. I hope it helps others that suffer from parts falling down this hole. Enjoy. UPDATE 11/1/15: Added some modular accessories to this cover for those looking at doing a chain link project or other wire management ideas. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1105170 Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: NoResolution: .2 mm Infill: 15% Notes: Print top side down so no need for support. It should already be setup that way. Instructions Fit just fine in my printer, but I am wondering if others might have a different setup since Robo changes their design now and again. Please comment if you have any print issues. Category: 3D Printer Accessories
