6/16/18 A brand-new body and tensioner are now live, offering significant improvements over previous versions - particularly when releasing filament or working with flex materials. The tensioner, along with its nut and threaded bolt, have been relocated to optimize performance. 4/30/18 After designing an entirely new housing to accommodate the gear's proper functioning, it still requires updates to seamlessly integrate the second extruder when available. Notably, all M3 screws used for motor mounting remain in the same locations as before, while a 1 M4 nut, 1 M4x60mm bolt and 1 3mmx26mm steel pin are added requirements. The V2 iteration boasts tweaked features to ensure the tensioner functions correctly and mounting screws snug up tightly when tightened. I'd love your feedback to further refine this design and make it even better than its current state. 4/21/18 The latest version is now in its final testing phase, with an upcoming announcement soon. 4/16/18 A revised tensioner and cap have been added, aiming to alleviate slippage issues. These improvements are currently undergoing thorough testing. This upgrade focuses on enhancing the Extruder R2 drive gear using a Bondtech drive gear.
