We have several old 3D printers in our lab, and I've recently been working on restoring them. These parts were designed for upgrading the original Robo R1+ with Orbiter v1.5 extruder and E3D v6 hotend. Other than the Orbiter v1.5 & E3D v6, you would need the following: 2 x M3 socket screws, 25mm long 2 x M3 heat-set inserts, dimensions close to this one https://www.mcmaster.com/94180A333/ 2 x M3 split lock washers 6 x M3 flat washers 2 x M3 socket screws, 50mm long 2 x M3 locknuts In addition, if you also want to include a 4010 blower fan using the mount here, you will need: 1 x 4010 blower fan 2 x M2.5 socket screw, 12mm long 4 x M2 socket screw, 12mm long 2 x M2.5 nuts 4 x M2 nuts To assemble the parts: 1. Install the M3 heat-set inserts to the bottom of the two halves of the hotend mounts. 2. Clamp the E3D v6 hotend with the hotend mounts, use the two 50mm M3 screws, four M3 flat washers and two M3 locknuts to secure them. 3. Put the orbiter mount on top of the hotend mount, put blower fan mount part A (optional) underneath the x carriage, align them and use two sets of long screw (M4 or smaller) and nut to fix all these parts on the x carriage (I used the long screws and locknuts on the original extruder of Robo R1+). 4. Cut a short bowden tube to connect E3D v6 hotend and orbiter v1.5, the length can be easily found by trial and error. 5. Use two sets of 25mm M3 screw, M3 split lock washer and M3 flat washer to fix the Orbiter v1.5 on top of the orbiter mount, note the mount holes aren't symmetric, direction matters. 6. (Optional) Use some super glue to glue the blower mount part C onto blower mount part B. Install the 4010 blower on the blower mount part B, then fix all above on blower mount part A with M2.5 screws and nuts. 7. If you have installed the blower mount, the housing of the machine will be in the way at high z position, you will need to replace the screw which triggers the x limit switch with a longer one (4mm longer to be exact). 8.
