A Fresh Take on a Fan Duct Remix! The usual feedback from other remixers of this fan duct concept is that it directs too much air onto the hot end, causing thermal runaway errors and heating issues. I've taken a step forward by adding an elegant curve to each duct, redirecting airflow around the hot end nozzle instead of directly at it. This subtle change not only reduces thermal stress but also prevents both ducts from blowing air straight into each other, theoretically boosting cooling performance. Above the duct lies a 12mm flat surface, designed specifically for attaching a strip of LED lighting to illuminate the print area even more effectively when using Octoprint with my printer.
