The switch clicks when the nozzle reaches the edge of the heated platform, especially if you're using a 9x9 inch mirror from Walmart on your build surface. The clamp has a slightly narrowed tip for better grip. For optimal results, print at the lowest possible setting for a snug fit. Use ABS filament with 0.2 height, 0.4 wall/shell thickness, 0.6 top and bottom thickness (three times the height to start and finish the object with three layers), and 25% fill density.
