I changed out my hotend with an E3D V6, but I didn't like the idea of permanently deforming my heatsink with the screws that are used to hold it in place, so I came up with this clamp design. You'll just need a couple of M3 screws. The holes are just the right size so that the screws will tap into them and stay in place, but if you really wanted to, you could use some long M3 screws (30+mm) and have them go all the way through with a nut at the end.
