Robo 3D R1+ Spool Holder

This project remains under active development. The primary focus lies with the profiled top, designed specifically to create a flat platform that seamlessly integrates onto the Robo 3D R1+. Two .stl files are provided for the top profile: one is blank and flat, while the other features a grid of hexagonal recesses that accommodate #8 hex nuts. Two top pieces are necessary to span the entire top of the printer. The top piece can be rotated 180 degrees and bolted together, facilitated by four 1/8" diameter x 1/4" deep holes for alignment pins and two 1/4" holes that run along the length of the piece to secure the top pieces with a piece of allthread. The exterior side features 1" recesses to accommodate flat washers and hex nuts, while geometry ensures proper alignment with the printer's top surface and a notch securely holds the filament guide in place. For each spool held (assuming two top pieces are used, allowing for two spools), the following components are required: * Two bearing brackets * Two cross bars * Four skateboard bearings (specifically 6808) * Four bearing bushings * Assorted hardware The crossbars should be bolted to the bearing brackets, which are then secured to the top. This arrangement allows for slight adjustments in positioning the bearing brackets on the top. A bushing can be installed in each bearing before it is placed within the brackets.
