ROBO 3D R1+ - no screw fan duct for Stock Hot End

This is a reimagined version (and combined with a couple of other designs) tailored specifically for the ROBO 3D R1+ featuring its stock All Metal Hot End. Everyone's been heading towards the E3D v6, but my trusty stock all metal hot end has been performing exceptionally well so far. However, it's shorter than the E3D v6, which necessitates a modification to make up for this difference. When printing bridges, take note of how your printer handles them - you can print as oriented or lay it on its side. To change the direction in which your fans will load, simply mirror the design. Use the same file for both front and back prints.
