I'm going to remix two things from Thingiverse: 1890240 and 1385737. The resulting model will have four holes for 5mm LEDs, making it easy to illuminate the fan. I used a 12V blower cooling fan with a 50x50x20mm footprint, similar to the one sold by Reprap Champion. This fan is perfect for PLA printing and is designed to keep your extruder at the optimal temperature.
