Robo 3D R1+ Extruder Body for Flexibles

Spent quality time reviewing the original Robo 3D-provided R1 extruder file to remove all injection molding scallops as well as eliminate the screw-mount holes for the extruder, and update the inside of the base to work seamlessly with the R1+ Quick-Release plate. This extruder body is designed to directly accommodate a 4mm PTFE tube inside for filament path support when printing flexible filaments, eliminating the need for drilling your OEM unit. A Sketchup file is included. I've made extensive mesh repairs and removed numerous triangles as well, which should result in much more reliable slicing now. Updated on 9/25/17 - Realized that an older version of the STL and SKP files were uploaded, missing the second 608 bearing hole. Oops! That's been fixed now. Also made some adjustments to the inside of the model to shift the extruder teeth over 1.5mm, as there appears to be a misalignment in this model. Updated on 9/27/2017 - Forgot to add the zip-tie hole back in. It's back now. Also did some fine tuning of the Hexagon Heatsink head spacing and the centering of the hob on the extruder bolt. I'm using this version successfully on my 2nd R1+ now, and it works great. Updated on 9/18/2019 - Updated once again. Further refined the hob centering.
