I re-engineered the fan mounts, ensuring they wouldn't obstruct airflow and made minor tweaks to the opening near the hotend to prevent contact with the heater. Although warping persists, I've successfully redesigned the extension, eliminating the issue of it touching the 40mm x 40mm x 20mm fan.
