RoBo 3D Hexagon Hot End with 40mm FAN and LED - version 2.2
thingiverse
This is my ultimate creation, and I've taken it to the next level by revolutionizing the lock system and adding a closed angle for LED lighting, along with several game-changing improvements. I'm convinced that this version will effortlessly work with any extruder out there. It's time to give a little Christmas magic - this gift is sure to put a smile on your face! In an epic move to prevent Robo3D crashes in high Z position, I've made some monumental changes. This ingenious new profile uses the saved LED position as its safeguard. Instructions To get started, you'll need: 4 x 5mm LED lights (White, Blue, or your preferred color) 1 x 1/4 watt resistor (110 ohm rating) 1 x FAN measuring 40x40x10 mm with a voltage of 12V and 2 wires 4 x screws A 3D printed item using PLA - I chose it for this iteration, but ABS is the top choice by far) FAN 40 - LED5.stl (printing at 0.2mm/s with a speed of 60mm/s works perfectly) 1 x FAN 40 - Lock.stl (set your printer to print at 0.1mm/s and move it along at a steady 30mm/s for optimal results)
