I've modified SpectreGadget's Herringbone Gears to make it printable without supports, just by tweaking the Small Gear. With this updated design, you can print with the gear side facing up. The Small Gear fits perfectly on my R1+, and I highly recommend using Alloy 910 for optimal results.
