The ROBO 3D X carriage fitted with an e3d v.6 hot end is specifically matched by this fan mount, sized at 30mm to fit perfectly into place on either side of the extruder. It locks firmly onto both sides, securing its position for balanced operation. Two fans create a controlled airflow on either side of the hot end, expertly cooling down any produced parts and preventing heat from spreading outward in an unwanted direction by blowing air upwards instead of downwards.
