This clever design enables the cable to suspend just beneath the shroud without snagging on anything. A long-standing issue with the standard zip strap that previously kept the cable secure finally found a solution when I replaced it with this custom design. To install, you'll require a tiny screw and washer to assemble the hood mount and saddle hanger components together tightly. The cable's retaining feature, or 'saddle', snugly snaps into place on the sturdy hanger of the saddle, which offers ample room for safe securement of any necessary accessories.
