I relocated the fan to the rear side to fine-tune my X and Z movements. Perhaps you should boost the infill settings and guarantee robust bridging. During my initial print, I encountered difficulties with the baffling inside design, but it still functions adequately. To address warping issues in the duct surrounding the hot end, I added internal supports; since I printed mine in PLA, ABS might be a more suitable choice.
