This simple adapter uses a 40mm fan instead of the standard 25mm unit. It fits perfectly with the design found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:821080. Endstop: To make it work, you need to replace the endstop screw. I used an M2 screw that was 20mm long, but I needed an additional 2mm for a proper fit. Unfortunately, there's no standard 22mm screw available, and I didn't have a 25mm one either. I solved this issue by using a 30mm screw with an 8mm spacer, which gave me the desired 22mm length. Regardless of the type of screw you use (M2, M2.5, or M3), it will work just fine. If you decide to go with a 25mm screw, you'll need a 3mm spacer. If you choose the 30mm option, an 8mm spacer is required. If you're interested in obtaining a custom-made spacer, please let me know and I'll be happy to upload it for you. Required Materials: * M2.5 x 6mm screw for adapter * M3 nylon (or metal) nut for the 40mm fan * M3 x 6mm screw for the 40mm fan If you're experiencing vibration issues, try applying some tape on top of the fan to resolve the problem. Check out the photos for more information. Please accept my apologies for any language-related issues in this text.
