Roblox Prison Life Playset - Cell

Hey all makers! So my 7-year-old son is absolutely obsessed with the Roblox game called Prison Life, and I decided to create a playset of that game, scaled to match the store-bought toy figures. Personally, I'm printing the characters myself, but if you have those figures, they'll fit perfectly in this playset. He's extremely rough on his toys, so I over-engineered it. I included connector pins to attach the walls together and the walls to the floor. All of them are properly labelled, and the amount needed per part is included in the STL file name (e.g., Print 10x). I made the bed, toilet, sink, window bars, door, table, and chairs as separate prints. This will allow you to get the best print quality and make it easier to paint. For my sink, I added some model train fake water resin to make it look like water. However, I wouldn't suggest using that for the toilet water because in the game, the sink and toilet water are two different colors of blue. I'm printing each part at 1.5 wall thickness with 20% infill just to be extra safe. You'll notice a slot at the top of the front wall above the window. This extends to just below the bottom window sill and is 1.5mm deep. I added this so you can slide a piece of 1mm thick plastic (35mm wide x 60mm high) into it. A good plastic to use for this is an overhead projector transparency, or you could run the plastic all the way to the top, making it easy to remove and replace if it gets scratched in the future. The door has two holes for pins, which are labelled and included in the STLs. Assemble the walls first, then attach the floor to the walls, place the door, and guide the pins through the hole in the front wall. Next, guide the bottom pin into the small floor hole. This will allow the door to swing open and closed. Also, paint the mattress before you epoxy it onto the bed frame; it saves masking the area. I hope you enjoy this design. I'm modelling other parts of the level as well, so keep an eye out for those. I figured this would make a great little Christmas present for him. Cheers!
