This mount allows for easy installation of a fan on any printer that uses the Robin Nano controller board, ensuring the stepper motor drivers remain cool. The mount accommodates two 40mm fans. To power these fans, I used 5v Noctua fans because they can be connected directly to the designated 5v pins on the board intended for a BLTouch, and they operate silently. A pin-out of the Robin Nano v1.2 is included in this mount. The necessary 5v and ground pins are located just above the Y driver port labeled BLTouch. If you're using a BLTouch, these pins may be used; otherwise, other 5v pins on the board can be utilized. Alternatively, two 24v fans can be connected directly to the power supply. To install this mount, four 40mm M3 screws are required in place of the existing board screws. Note: When installing this on a Sapphire Pro printer, it's necessary to bend out of the way and then replace the square tab of metal at the bottom right screw location, or repeatedly bend it back and forth until it falls off, which is what I did. Version 2 has been added, featuring stronger legs that attach to the fan holder face. Edit: My fans have been replaced with a pair of 24v 7500rpm 40x40x10 fans connected directly to the printer's 24v power supply. Initially, I experienced layer shifts in both axes simultaneously due to overheating and pausing drivers; however, this issue is now resolved. Consequently, using 5v fans may not be effective enough.
