Finding MendelMax good but not perfect, I designed my own wider and more reliable 3D printer. Sharing is caring, so I'm sharing my work with the RepRap community on this site. For the brain, I opted for Megatronics v2.0 along with LCD, keyboard, SD card support, optical end stops and other accessories. Wantai 4.8 kg/cm provides the perfect performance, while a partially redesigned Wade extruder is also in use. My name's Robert, so my new printer is christened "RobBot". Stay tuned for parts to transform RobBot into a mini CNC mill/engraver based on Dremel soon!
