Robber Rex

Oh yeah! Oh yeah!\nBrenda, a fully articulated Tardigrade combat machine, has just been unleashed into the 3D printing wilderness.\nJoin the Horde to be one of the first humanoids to get an inside scoop on Zheng Labs' next big printing project.\nWe now return you to your regular model description.\nRRRAAAAWWWWWR!\nThis is a T-Rex game piece replacement for your Settlers of Catan robber. Enjoy the action and excitement and crunching sound every time you pull a seven in the world's favorite resource-allocation board game. \nFirst, listen up, friends, to a story. A tale of sorrow and woe, and of 3D printing, and finally, redemption.\nChristmas passed without incident here at Zheng Labs, and as usual, the board games were taken out of storage for some good old-fashioned fun, to keep our patient elders entertained while they waited their turn to play Minecraft or Guild Wars 2. \nThe grandkids just aren't that into these classic board games anymore!\nJust imagine the shock and disappointment on those tiny little faces when our Catan box was found to be Robber-less! \nThe wailing started. Teeth were gnashed, garments torn apart. The taste of turkey went straight up in smoke as our eyes scanned the room for any sign of the crafty Robber.\nWe high and low searched under bookcases, under couch cushions, behind stuffed animals and inside empty cans and cartons once full of Tinkertoys, Lincoln Logs, K'Nex and LEGO bricks, but that sneaky Robber was nowhere to be found.\nGiving up hope, defeated and worn out, we must assume the Robber has flown south for the winter, his pockets heavy with treasure. He is probably now living the high life in a Patagonian paradise. \nThe challenge! The game piece was printed, a small d20 token took its place, but temporary solutions don't fly here at Zheng Labs.\nSo, it's to the printer! To produce something worthy of our standards and quality. We will stop at nothing until we create the perfect Robber. \nHere are some detailed instructions.\nThe T-Rex printed in this picture was made with BuMat Gold PLA filament and is coated with a thin layer of matte black spray paint.
