This model replicates a frequent roadside sign in the UK, carefully designed to fit neatly into a 4mm hole. Initially, I encountered challenges printing these tiny posts due to stringy pulls forming between them. To achieve optimal results with my Ultimaker 2, I found success using the following settings: Filament - ColorFabb PLA/PHA Black Temperature - 205 C Layer height - 0.2 mm Shell thickness - 1.2 mm Retraction minimum travel - 0.25 mm Z hop when retracting - 0.075 mm Print speed - 30 mm/s Other settings remained at their default values in Cura 15.04, with reducing the print speed to 30mm/s being a crucial adjustment.
